 Shawn Evans 2012 HOA Junior's Midgets, PeeWee's
HC and GM Truro Bearcats MHL.Defenseman Shawn Evans was born in Kingston, Ontario and was drafted in the second round by the New Jersey Devils in the midst of his junior career with the Peterborough Petes. Just before his first professional season was to begin, Evans was traded by the Devils to the St. Louis Blues

Fabian Joseph 2012 HOA Pee Wee and Bantam AAA Coach

Currently Asst Coach Moncton Wildcats QMJHLand former Head Coach Dalhousie University. Fabian Joseph was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1984 after registering a 57 goal – 127 point season with the Victoria Cougars in the WHL. The native of Sydney ,Nova Scotia also played for Cape Breton and Halifax in the American Hockey League where he averaged 30 plus goals each season and accumulated over 200 points. He won Silver Medals with Team Canada at the 1992 and 1994 Olympic Games where he was Team captain and inductee into the Cape Breton Sports Hall of Fame

 Ed O'Brien 2012 HOA Jrs. Midgets Bantams Pee Wees

NL Hall of Fame member.O’Brien is an Advanced Level I Certified Coach and served as an Assistant Coach with the St. John’s Fog Devils of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). O’Brien has previously held the positions of Assistant Coach and Head Coach with the Team Atlantic Program. Prior to his being named to the Fog Devils Organization, O’Brien spent many years with the St. John’s Maple Leafs Midget Major AAA Program. In addition, O’Brien has extensive experience with Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador’s High Performance Program as a former Program Coordinator and Coach.


  
Craig Russell 2012 HOA Bantams Pee Wees Atoms

Craig is in his second year as head men’s ice hockey coach at Plymouth State in 2011-12.  Russell played four seasons in a Panther uniform, served seven years as an assistant , including two as associate head coach, and in 2010 became the eighth head coach in the 40-year history of the program
Russell had a successful campaign in his first year as head coach, leading the team to a 15-6-5 overall record and a third-place finish in the MASCAC with a 10-5-3 mark.
